This is a 3D mesh skeletonization plugin for SOFA using CGAL library.
This plugin can be used to generate centerlines from 3D mesh to be used with SOFA using the CGAL skeletonization. The centerlines can be coupled with the BeamFEMForcefield component to simulate blood vessels biomechanical behavior within organs.
