This work, recently started by the InfinyTech3D consulting company in collaboration with independent developers, aims at rendering ultra-sound images from 3D meshes. You can thus run SOFA simulations with deformable bodies while emulating a ultra-sound image from this virtual objects.
This project can be adapted to any of the usecases!
