How to get Strain output in SOFA

Dear community,

I am trying to measure strain values from a 3D deformable model in SOFA (tetrahedral mesh).

I am currently simulating the model with the “TetrahedronFEMForceField” component, but it only allows me to extract Von Mises stresses at elements or nodes, and I need to record strain measurements such as Nominal strains (NE) or Logarithmic strains (LE) like in Abaqus software.

Could anyone please describe how this can be accomplished in SOFA?

I think that strain value for each element or point calculate in TetraFEM codes , you can get this value from codes
