I have a question.In my scene, there are organizations and rigdid body. Normally, the tool is exposed to organizations and rigdid body and the force feedback is different.But
in my scene ,it is same .How to make it different ? Is it to chang the “stiffness” or “contactstiffness”?

Yes, I guess changing the stiffness and contactstiffness would affect the physical behavior. Did you test it ?
