Thanks for reporting this problem.
If I understand correctly you have compiled Sofa with the SoftRobots plugins activated and loading runSofa.exe just results in a crash.
I assume that both Sofa & the SoftRobots plugins where downloaded from github ?
My first suggestion would be to compile Sofa again but without activating SoftRobots so that we can find if it is in the SoftRobots plugins or not.

Thanks for the quick reply.
yes both of them were downloaded from GitHub.
I have tried compiling it again without activating the plugin. but when i try to open runsofa it says the following dlls are missing,
1)Sofabasemachanics
2)sofaobjectinteraction_d
3)boundarycondition_d31 May 2018 at 16:22 #11153HugoKeymasterHi @suhas1998
It seems you are compiling in debug mode (since runSofa is looking for _d debug libraries). Is that correct?

15 October 2019 at 09:25 #14402epernodBlockedHi,
could you do a simple test and try to launch runSofa with another scene. To check if it is the scene or the app.
You Can do this by launching from shell:
./runSofa.exe /path/examples/Demos/liver.scnRegards
