Project Description
This plugin implements an interface to bridge SOFA with external software/hardware by enabling network communication using the OpenIGTLink protocol. Its goal is to send SOFA data through IGTLink sockets and receive them while the simulation is running. The original application of this work was to couple SOFA and Slicer3D.
