Project Description
This CGAL wrapper offers a 3D mesh skeletonization feature using CGAL library. This code is free code that you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of GPL.
This plugin can be used to generate centerlines from 3D mesh to be used with SOFA using the CGAL skeletonization. The centerlines can be coupled with the BeamFEMForcefield component to simulate blood vessels biomechanical behavior within organs.
